A Moment of Silence for My Anonymous Friend 匿名の友人のために黙とう

A friend of mine who wishes to remain mostly anonymous got his first speeding ticket today, and I was there to witness it. This friend, whose name rhymes with Kleve Spons, got pulled over as we were hurrying to transport Kanako Baymiller back to the hotel from our day at the Kualoa Ranch in time to translate for one of Eric Larsen's meetings.

I wanted to take our officer's photo for the blog. Alas, I didn't want to test his sense of humor. Perhaps if I had, I would be blogging from the Big House tonight.

Anyway, Kleve, a moment of cyber silence on this blog, just for you.

匿名の友人のために黙とう

僕の友達(本人の希望で匿名)は、今日初めてスピード違反で捕まり、僕はそれを目撃してしまいました。この友達の名前は、クレーブ･スポンズと韻が同じなんですよ。彼は、カナコ･ベイミラーさんにエリック･ラーセンの集会で通訳をしてもらうために、クアロア牧場から急いでホテルまで送っている途中に、つかまってしまいました。

僕は、違反の切符を切っているおまわりさんの写真を撮ってブログに掲載したかったのですが、彼がそれを笑い飛ばせるか僕をぶん殴るかわからなかったのでやめました。もし撮っていたら、今頃はビッグ･ハウスからブログしている羽目になったかもしれません。

とにかくクレーブ君、君のためにこのブログでサイバー黙とうを送ります。
